Ma. Lourdes “Elcie” R. Cialana, MBA

Leadership, Talent Development and Communication, Shared Leadership Team Coach

Elcie is an experienced HR Professional with over a decade of corporate HR experience. She has dedicated her career helping individuals, teams and organizations maximize business results and performance by developing, implementing and maintaining strategic HR programs. Her areas of expertise include Talent Development and Leadership Development, Organizational Development, Performance Management, Professional Recruitment and On-boarding Process, Labor Relations and Employee Engagement, Compensation Management, HR Audit, Compliance and Policy Development. She has worked and partnered with several companies from various industries – Banking, Business Process Outsourcing, Mining, Retail Sales, Manpower/Workforce Solutions and Marketing.

Elcie is passionate about leadership and talent development. She had conducted more than 400 trainings using a balance of theoretical and experiential methods that have been fun and insightful for the participants. She covers a wide range of training courses such as Leadership, Culture Building, Communication, Presentation, Customer Service, Sales and Team Dynamics. She designed and implemented “Leadership Development Programs” for companies, most recent of which is with a local marketing company which produced for them a pool of future leaders. She is a certified Shared Leadership Coach having completed the Team Coaching Certification Program of Leadership in Motion, an accredited coach training program with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

She is the Division A Trainer of Toastmasters International – Philippines Chapter, a non-profit organization that operates world-wide helping members improve their communication and leadership skills for fiscal year 2016-2017. She holds the norm of Competent Communicator and Competent Leader. Elcie is the Charter President of Focus Global Toastmasters Club. She is also a member of Junior Chamber International (JCI) Perlas Pasay, a non-profit organization with the mission to provide development opportunities that empower young people to create positive change.

Elcie graduated Cum Laude with a degree in BA Psychology and attained Master of Business Administration from the University of the Philippines, Diliman.

Francis Javier Colayco Navarro

Communication, Sales and Organization Development

Francis has built a flourishing career as a Learning & Development and Sales practitioner in the life insurance, technology and business process outsourcing industries.

His love for educating and developing people began in college where he worked part-time as a tutor at a learning center and as an assistant taekwondo instructor.

He started his corporate career as a Training Officer, conducting technical and sales modules, before moving to leadership roles and eventually becoming the Head of Training for two different companies. As a learning and development professional, he has designed, facilitated and evaluated training curricula for sales force, support staff and management teams.

Francis is a graduate of San Beda University – Alabang where he attained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology. As a believer of continuous development, he has earned the designations of Associate, Life Management Institute (ALMI) and Associate in Customer Service (ACS) from the Life Office Management Institute. He has also completed several programs on investments, customer service, financial and estate planning.

His areas of expertise in training are life insurance, investment, estate planning, financial planning, sales, customer service, teambuilding and public speaking.

Outside of work, he has attained the norms of Advanced Communicator Silver and Advanced Leader Bronze from Toastmasters International, a worldwide organization developing public speaking and leadership skills.
He is a certified Medical First Responder and member of Rescue 926, a private volunteer rescue organization, where he also helped design the training curriculum.

He enjoys mountain biking, martial arts and cooking.

Bing Ledesma-Delos Reyes

Leadership, Communication, Talent and Team Development

With 35 years of corporate experience holding key executive positions in multinational and local financial services companies prior to her early retirement on January 1, 2022, Bing established Vircris Mountain Resort Corporation, an up-and-coming Resort in the North Cotabato Province where she is currently the Founding Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer providing vision and formulating strategies in the competitive hospitality arena.

Bing worked herself up in the corporate ladder. Fresh from Silliman University where she graduated with a degree in BS Psychology graduating Magna cum Laude in 1983, she was immediately offered a job as High School Guidance Counselor (with Teaching subjects) by her Alma Mater Southern Christian College where she completed her Elementary and High School as First Honors and Valedictorian respectively.

Working in a large multinational corporation, it is always a challenge to navigate one’s way in order not to be lost in the crowd. Bing managed to do that by staying true to her principles and work ethics and being confident about her talents. Her career progressed with exposure in other territories within and outside Southeast Asia either through seminars and leadership programs. Key projects were assigned to her that further developed her strategic, tactical and leadership skills. Among these were integration of acquired companies, one of which was considered the biggest acquisition in the local insurance industry up to this day. She led many strategic projects including the Agency Compensation which earned for her the most-coveted Manulife Global Star of Excellence Award in 2008 .She was given the honor and privilege to receive the award in a gala event in Toronto, Canada hosted by no less than the Board of Directors and Global President of Manulife.

Bing expanded the provincial reach of the company in Visayas and Mindanao by opening of 20 Branches from only 5 branches and grew the sales force to over 3000 independent distributors. She held the position Senior Vice President & Executive Territory Head before her early retirement.

She incorporated her advocacy for financial literacy in her corporate work where she developed programs and tools on Financial Planning, thus, has been tapped to be a speaker and trainer on Financial Wellness Programs, Retirement Planning, Estate Planning, Wealth Planning and Investing.

Bing is a sought after speaker on various teambuilding, executive leadership, parenting and financial planning topics across various audience demographics.

Florence L. Villones, CCMP™, CHRP®

Change Management Consultant and Shared Leadership Team Coach

“Building organizational capability in managing change”

Rhenz has 25 years of leadership experience in business transformation and project consulting, Human Resources strategy and operations. Her key competencies are in organizational change management (OCM), organization development, and learning and development. She has accumulated experiences from local and global industries in financial services, technology, logistics and manufacturing companies. Her multi-cultural experiences were rooted from her HR business partering practice that shifted to managing end-to-end implementation of OCM project deliverables for a business transformation program in a distribution/logistics company that covered Singapore, Brunei, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Macao, Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar, Taiwan, and Australia.

She was a key resource in standardizing organizational change management practices in the organization and by conducting knowledge transfer and coaching to an HR team in Indonesia for their SAP upgrade implementation project. She represented the Regional Office in formulating and presenting a strategic change management plan for the regional implementation of the Oracle HCM Fusion; then managed its project implementation for the three Business Units in the Philippines, the largest and most diverse in the region. Recently, she managed the due diligence activities of an HR systems implementation for a global electronics manufacturing company that covered the Philippines, United States, Mexico, China, Bulgaria, Serbia and Czech Republic.

She has been engaged in consulting works on HR transformation projects, and coaching Change Teams and sponsors in their transition journey. In the capability-building scene, she designs and delivers courses and extends post-training coaching sessions on Leading and Managing Change, Productive Interpersonal Communications, Essential Leadership Development, Workplace Counselling, Leadership in a VUCA World, Psychosocial Well-Being among others, mostly customized according to client needs.

She is a Certified Change Management Professional™ under the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP), and a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) under the International Federation of Professional Managers (IFPM). She is also a trained Assessor of Assessment Analytics Inc., the exclusive distributor of SHL tools, under which she leads development assessment centers, and manages projects on competency development. In December 2021, she achieved her designation as Shared Leadership Team Coach from LIM (Leadership in Motion), a body accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Rhenz is on her 5th year as a volunteer Community Facilitator and Coordinator for ACMP. She is also a Volunteer Mentor for the Mentorship Program of the Career Services Office in the Asian Institute of Management (AIM).

Gil F. Cacha, CPA, MM, PH.D

Entrepreneurial Leadership and Business Excellence Training Consultant

Gil is a Certified Public Accountant from De La Salle University, a Master in Management graduate from the Asian Institute of Management and a Doctor of Philosophy in Organization Development graduate from the Southeast Asia Interdisciplinary Institute – Graduate School of Organization Development. He has completed Diploma on Supply Chain Management at De La Salle Professional Schools and Diploma on Strategic Human Resource Management and Development at Ateneo Center for Organization Research and Development. He is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and a Certified Lean Master.

Gil has more than two decades of experience in various roles and capacities in Academe, Local Government, Corporate Finance, Shared Services Management, Outsourcing Service Delivery, Operation Excellence and Capability Development. He has driven operation and delivery excellence using organizational and individual competence models for performance improvement. He has systematically integrated financial planning and analysis, organizational learning, knowledge management, lean six sigma and appreciative culture change in transforming organization. He uses an integrated approach through neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), appreciative coaching and spiritual direction in coaching and mentoring teams and individuals for personal change and effectiveness to bring out the leadership potential of people.

What are your areas of expertise or specialties as a coach?

My area of expertise involves the integration of finance, operation excellence, strategic organization management, and strategic human development. I have experience, training, and education in finance, lean six sigma, supply chain management, strategic human resource management and development, organization development, appreciative inquiry, neuro-linguistic programming, family counseling, and counseling psychology. As a coach, I am able to help the client in the technical aspect of the issue as well as the human side of the issue.
